Details and Cancellation Terms

The full cost of the Stay and Play is $1,895.

The balance of $1,395 must be paid in full 45 days prior to April 9th, 2026. The balance payment link will be emailed to you approximately 60 days before.

If you register within 45 days of the Stay and Play, the balance will be due immediately upon receipt of the balance payment email.

Travel
Travel to Utah, as well as transportation from/to the airport to the accommodation/studio, is not included.

Pets
We have two small dogs in the home. If you have allergies to animals or fur, please be aware that they live in the house and you may come into contact with them.

Bedroom Assignments
After your full payment is received, we will contact you regarding your accommodation preferences. You will be able to indicate your bedroom choice, and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that while we will do our best to honor preferences, specific rooms cannot be guaranteed, and assignments may change up until the start of the retreat.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
A food questionnaire will be sent to you approximately 60 days prior to the Stay and Play. If you have specific dietary needs or minor allergies, please let us know in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee that all preferences or restrictions can be fully met, particularly in the case of severe allergies.

Waiver
To comply with insurance requirements, all guests will be required to sign a release waiver prior to the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

• We do not offer refunds on any masterclass. Please make sure you can attend before buying a class!
• However, we do allow you to sell or gift the class booking to another person of your choice but we shall not be involved in any financial agreement or transfer of payment between you and the person taking your place. In the event that you cannot attend a class and find someone to take your place please email Stephanie with the person’s details as far in advance of the class as possible.
