Details and Cancellation Terms

Travel
Travel to Utah, as well as transportation from/to the airport to the accommodation/studio, is not included.

Pets
We have two small dogs in the home. If you have allergies to animals or fur, please be aware that they live in the house and you may come into contact with them.

Bedroom Assignments
After your deposit payment is received, we will contact you regarding your accommodation preferences. Please note that while we will do our best to honor preferences, specific rooms cannot be guaranteed, and assignments may change up until the start of the retreat.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
If you have specific dietary needs or minor allergies, please let us know in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee that all preferences or restrictions can be fully met, particularly in the case of severe allergies.

Waiver
To comply with insurance requirements, all guests will be required to sign a release waiver prior to the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel up to 45 days before check-in for a full refund, or choose to reschedule for a future retreat.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat will be refunded minus a $200 per person fee to cover non-refundable expenses (such as transaction fees and preparation costs).
